Many of usconsider that our bodies are too fat. Some of us wish to just look and feel better. Others however seem to beforever yoyo dieting. There are crash weight loss plans out on the market, which may help, but in some instances the weight just piles back on and you can actually gain even more weight when you go back to a regular eating.
So although a crash diet can be great for motivation again you need a follow up plan for afterwards so you can maintain the weight loss program.

There are manyrapid ways to lose weight, and most of them are simple little things that we can do in our everyday lives. But you need to think through what can be achieved easily and won’t disrupt or stress out your life.

But if you are loosing more than 2 pounds on the scales this is more likely to be muscle and water. It is now known that the body can really only lose 2 pounds per week of fat.
