Wholesale Mattresses: Discount Retailers And Where To Identify Dependable Mattresses Online

Friday, July 4th, 2008

Trying to find fantastic prices online for wholesale and other affordable mattresses? Don’t know where to look? Keep reading for a handy list of wholesale online retailers that you can actually trust.

Overstock Online

Overstock.com is the web’s most popular site for overstock and wholesale products at heavily discounted prices. Like a local outlet store, this provider buys up factory products and surplus items, then sells them to you cheap.

Memory foam, air beds, Spring Air, adjustable coil, ECO Latex and other models are all designs you’ll find online at the Overstock.com website. Available from their homepage, simply search for mattresses and you’ll be taken to a full page of wholesale mattresses, sorted by price, size and brand.

American Wholesale Mattresses Selections

Unfortunately, the American Wholesale Mattresses company doesn’t sell mattresses directly from their website, but that’s because their prices are simply too low and their stock is frequently changing. Their brands include Spring Air, Southerland, Serta, Elizabeth Jordan and even Tempur-Pedic or Select Comfort, which are hard to find at wholesale prices. You can order by calling their toll free number.

Their customer service sales line is open until 6:00pm CST every day except Sunday. They will deliver throughout the continental United States and offer free delivery for mattresses over a certain price.

Costco Online

If you’re already a Costco member, you may find some fantastic wholesale mattresses right on the Costco online shopping website. The national retailer buys up items and product ends at factory prices, then sells them direct to their members at heavily discounted costs.

Brands of mattresses sold at Costco’s online site include ComfortLuze, Hainsworth, Aero Products, Belle Maison, Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Rosenmeer and even more. They offer free in-store pickup and discounts that range from a several hundred dollars to a few thousand.

Deals at Liquidation.Com

If you’re looking to make a bulk order of wholesale mattresses, Liquidation.com may be the site for you. This website allows businesses to post their wholesale and liquidation stock, making it available to the highest bidder. However, most of the lots include anywhere from 1 to 100 mattresses.

As a sample, a search for wholesale mattresses on Liquidation.com might come up with a high-quality, adjustable air bed mattress selling for just $200 per unit. However, you could simultaneously have to buy four mattresses to cash in on the deal.

BJ’s for Wholesale Prices

Like Costco, BJ’s is a major wholesaler retailer that only sells to their private membership base. To buy their heavily discounted wholesale mattresses, you need to invest in an annual membership. However, if you’re saving over 50 percent off the sticker price, the $45 for a 12-month membership may be well worth the cost.

Leather Crazy You

So you are crazy about leather. Your leather envelope, leather padfolios, leather passport holders, wallets, belts, shoes, and bags say so. This passion has led you to be finicky over leather products and it is no joke to provide people like you leather items for gifts. What if you’re at the giving end?

There are numerous supplies of leather goods online and offline, wholesale and retail, and almost every conceivable item for men, women, teens, and children. If you are lucky, you can get discounted prices and rock bottom deals some lucky days of the year. The hitch lies in the selection of items and the type of leather your beneficiary would love to have - and there’s the price angle to consider, too.

But how much do you know about leather? Leather is the processed tough skin of animals, and is differentiated by how it is manufactured. Leather is processed by vegetable or chrome tanning, rawhide treatment, and boiling. The different procedures produce varied types of leather suitable for different purposesand products.

Know Your Leather

Boiled Leather — Your leather bound book or hardback is an example of boiled leather. Boiled leather is not used for wearable items or upholstery because it’s hard and unsuitable for the purpose.

Vegetable Tanning — Vegetable-based ingredients are used to tan the animal hides. This process results in leather that is sturdy yet elastic. The big downside is the leather’s susceptibility to water. Exposed to water for long, the leather changes color, shrinks, and becomes hard. Leather tanned this way assumes different shades of brown..

Chrome Tanning — This uses chromium or chrome salts to darken or tan the leather. The process allows the tanning of the leather in different colors, too, and helps preserve its suppleness and form, in spite of exposure with water.

Rawhide — This is a procedure that requires the stripping down of the animal hides. Once thinned and roughened, these are left in[/spin in a lime mixture and then stretched. This type of leather makes for sturdy shoes and laces. By the way, your much-loved band’s drum head is made of this type of leather.

Animal hides for leather are not limited to cow hides. Even snake and crocodile skins make beautiful leather. Don’t get fooled, check out leather items according to [kind|type[/spin], class, grade, thickness, material content, toughness, serviceability, and price. Prove to them you know how to leather it up.

Your Pen Can Make Or Break You

Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

Show Off Your Style

Admit it, there are moments when you go red like killer tomatoes because you have to pull out a shabby over-chewed pencil when you are supposed to fish out a shiny Cross pen. When you are a metrophile, it makes a difference because people expect you to be elegant from your modish casuals, to your money clip wallet, too. No reason to tote shabby pens and pencils when you can get those Cross pen sets for yourself.

There is nothing more upsetting than looking all debonair and signing contracts with a cheap plastic pen and pretending it’s not the case. It is also awkwardto rummage frantically through your attache case for anything that dribbles ink, while sweat starts to bead your brow or dampen your sleeves at the underarm with sweat as your customer or prospect looks the other way. Save yourself the trouble with dependable writing pens on the ready.

With tons of pens to choose from, simplify your search to suit your lifestyle. The classic lines with chrome finish or the black pens with 23k gold accents boosts your executive veneer, whilst pens with vibrant colors can ease the change of your image from executive to sporty without any bumps.

In Cases of Emergency

From your pens, your customers can guess you are someone who pays attention to details - a plus factor when you are persuading prospective customers to do business with you. Be warned because they can be picky and are easily repelled by inconsistencies in manner and even style. Surprised? You shouldn’t be. You are doing business with people who are set to splurge their cash on your products or services.

Your pens should provide the expediency and the style you need when you want it. Think how you can hastily offer your pen to a damsel who needs a writing implement, or write your phone number on a table napkin when you’ve run out of business cards.

This seems absurd, but at times, real life situations can be unpredictable. You’ll want a pen for those moments that can make or break your career and love life. With a stunning pen, you’ll get undisguised approval and second looks, and save yourself the trouble of losing patrons and even a woman.

When you have everything, what better way is there to ratchet up your business and personal style? A personalized pen will speak louder than the words it writes and unmasks your impeccable tastes.

Better Late Than Never

Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

Father’s Day has just passed. Some may have already given their special presents on the eve of the said special day. Others may have made a gimmick of forgetting the day, only to surprise their dads with a present given on the last minute of the day. However, there are sons and daughters out there who, despite the constant pondering on the perfect gift to their dads, have never really found time to purchase and wrap these presents. This doesn’t mean that they are not good sons or daughters, or they just don’t care about their dads. Surely, they have their reasons.

If you are one of them, here are a few “late” gift ideas. These will definitely give justice to the saying “better late than never.”

1. Zippo lighters. This idea gives you a variety of choices on designs, colors, and styles. You may also choose a matte finish, a silver tone finish, or a gold finish. Whatever style your dad prefers, you can surely find it on any online gift shop. To make this type of gift more special, request for some engraving to be done on your chosen Zippo lighters. Have your “Happy Father’s Day” or “I love you, Dad” message etched in this type of gift. Surely, this message will also be forever engraved in your dad’s heart.

2. Money Clip Wallets. Face it, as your dad matures, he has more tendencies of leaving his bills anywhere. Because of this, money clip wallets are excellent Father’s Day gifts. These wallets hold your dad’s bill in place and in a secure manner. These are slimmer than the usual wallets, and these are barely noticeable, even when containing hundreds of dollars. The advantage of this type of gift is that you can have these money clip wallets personalized, so these will perfectly suit your dad’s style and needs.

3. Cufflinks. Help your dad secure the cuffs of his sleeves with style and fashion. Give him the hippest and most fashionable cufflinks available. Surely, your dad will be so proud to wear them during his next business meeting or conference call.

These gift suggestions will help you communicate your feelings of gratitude and pride to your dad. Even if these were given to him late, these will convey your message to him. After all, any dad will be touched at the effort exerted in choosing a gift for him.

Hardy began his career as a tattoo artist in San Francisco, and later decided to merge his artwork into fashion design. The rest is history.

In 2002, the Ed Hardy brand came into the public eye when Don Ed Hardy was approached by Ku USA, Inc. The company was interested in producing a clothing line that would feature Hardy’s artwork. Hardy Life immediately took off, and in only two years became a major fashion spotlight.

High Definition Television - Discover 5 Essential Must Haves For Hdtv

Tuesday, July 1st, 2008

Buying HDTV can be a real challenge for someone without the experience required to siphon the good from the bad or the BS from the truth.

The high definition market is ultra competitive with each brand having it’s loyal band of followers and yes, in the main, you really cannot go wrong buying the most modern set.

However, there are still some traps for new players and the bottom line is it’s really just a matter of making sure the set you choose has all the components you want.

Whether it’s a Sony, Panasonic, Sharp or a Samsung, there are still some must haves in a set to cater for the accessories available which you may or may not use later on.

High definition DVD, Blue Ray, Play Station etc are accessories which are popular in today’s environment and you just want to make sure the connection ports are available on your new set.

Let’s take a look at five things your high definition television should have.

What Your HDTV Should Have

1. Be careful you’re not just buying an enhanced def television. You would want your potential new set to have at least 1280 x 720 pixels and at least one HDMI port supporting 1080p.

2. Think ahead to the future. What can your new high definition television support? For example, if you will be in the market for a Blue Ray then make sure that format will be supported.

3. Always test your potential new HDTV set. You can do this by bringing your favorite DVD to the store and asking the sales person whether you can play it. You should not get any arguments. Notice whether the set has problems with fast moving pictures.

4. While cable channels will form the large part of your TV viewing just make sure the set has a tuner built-in. This is because you still want to be able to watch local channels in high definition.

5. Always check you video inputs. You could be forgiven that they would be standard on any HDTV set but it doesn’t hurt to check. Connection to cable and a satellite tuner for example rely on these outputs and above all, an HDMI input plus a HDCP support is almost compulsory in today’s television viewing climate.

These are just five must haves for your new HDTV. The underlying message is always test the unit before exchanging your hard-earned with the vendor. Never take another person’s word for it just as a matter of double-checking.

The Best Pots And Pans

Monday, June 30th, 2008

You want to buy pots and pans, but what exactly do you look for? There’s a world of cookware to choose from, and with various prices that range from dirt cheap to extravagantly expensive. Should you look into getting pots and pans that are top-of-the-line or settle for a discount brand ( as some people buy the best available to them that can cost up to $1200)?

There are few hard-and-fast rules, and even less agreement in regards to this issue. However, there are as many judgments as there are people who shop for pots and pans, so we give you a few important ideas.

First of all, consider your needs. Are you a daily cook? Infrequently? Do you cook only for yourself, for two people or a whole family? Answering these questions will assist you in making the right choices when it’s time to buy pots and pans.

One thing to understand right way is the fact that you get what you pay for. This is especially true when you buy pots and pans. The higher quality cookware can be very pricey – a stainless steel All Clad saute pan can easily cost you over $130 – but these expensive pieces of cookware are worth every dime.

A beneficial factor here is that it is not necessary to pay up for a full 12-piece set when the time comes to purchase cookware . For all the basic needs you will need only a few select pieces of pots and pans. If you have a decent sauté pan or skillet, a 2 quart saucepan and an 8 quart stock pot, you’ll find that you can do almost all the stove-top recipes.

Can’t Find My Camera Holder Or Ipod Holder Anywhere

Friday, June 27th, 2008

I was enjoying a leisurly walk down my block when my neighbor just threw an phone holder at me. It obviously caught me off guard! I looked around for an open window or something, but couldn’t find one anywhere. But those things just don’t fall out of the sky on top of you. Finally, I just shrugged it off and started walking again. Then another one hit me. Now I was just getting annoyed. Annoyed and irritated. At this point I just stopped and glared in every direction possible, hoping that the person who did it was standing in the area I was glaring at . I began to laugh, I honestly thought it was funny, it’s not every day that you get hit twice by an Cell Phone Holder . I have never heard of this happening before so I definitely thought it was something extraordinary . There I stood, bewildered, confused, and excited because of the situation . I half-expected to see someone following me around the rooftops above, throwing these things at me deliberately for whatever reason. Unfortunately I did not see him, but maybe that was his plan . Everyone else was just walking around like nothing had happened so I assumed they hadn’t seen it and that they didn’t have it happening to them. So I just decided to ignore whatever it was. Then when I got home and threw myself down on the couch another holder hit me. I didn’t even have my window open.
